Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of all services provided by Hyarch Development LLC through the LO3.DEV platform. By accessing or using LO3.DEV, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The purpose of this Policy is to protect the security, availability, integrity, and lawful operation of the LO3.DEV platform and its users.

1. Lawful Use

You may only use LO3.DEV for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for all activities performed using your account, API key, autonomous agents, and any software integrated with LO3.DEV.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use LO3.DEV to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, servers, accounts, or networks.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious software.
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Bypassing authentication or security mechanisms.
• Stealing credentials or personal information.
• Identity theft or impersonation.
• Fraudulent financial activity.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Creating phishing campaigns.
• Operating botnets.
• Sending unsolicited spam or bulk messaging.
• Hosting illegal content.
• Generating unlawful or abusive content.
• Using stolen API keys.
• Attempting to reverse engineer proprietary LO3.DEV software.
• Reselling access without written authorization.
• Circumventing subscription limits.
• Attempting to overload or disrupt platform infrastructure.

3. Artificial Intelligence Usage

LO3.DEV provides AI tools intended to assist users in research, automation, software development, analysis, and productivity.

Users may not intentionally use LO3.DEV AI systems to:

• Create malicious software.
• Generate phishing campaigns.
• Produce fraudulent documents.
• Circumvent computer security.
• Create deceptive impersonations.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Facilitate illegal activity.
• Generate content intended to cause harm.

4. API Usage

Subscribers are responsible for protecting their API credentials.

API users must not:

• Share API keys publicly.
• Embed secret keys in publicly distributed software.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Create excessive automated requests intended to disrupt services.
• Probe or scan infrastructure without authorization.
• Exploit software vulnerabilities.

5. Automated Agents

Users deploying autonomous agents remain fully responsible for all actions performed by those agents.

AI agents should be appropriately supervised and configured to avoid unintended consequences.

Hyarch Development LLC is not responsible for actions taken by user-configured automation.

6. Trading Services

LO3.DEV may provide AI-assisted market analysis, autonomous workflows, and integrations with supported brokerage platforms.

Users remain solely responsible for every investment decision, order, strategy, and financial transaction.

LO3.DEV does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, fiduciary services, or guarantees of financial performance.

7. Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from proprietary LO3.DEV software except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement.

All trademarks, branding, APIs, software, documentation, AI workflows, logos, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of Hyarch Development LLC.

8. Platform Security

Users shall not interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the LO3.DEV platform.

Security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or infrastructure probing requires prior written authorization.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in actions including:

• Warning notices.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• API key revocation.
• Subscription cancellation.
• Removal of hosted content.
• Referral to law enforcement when required.
• Civil legal action where appropriate.

10. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report the activity using the contact information provided on the LO3.DEV website.

Hyarch Development LLC investigates reports in good faith but does not guarantee any specific enforcement action.

11. Changes to this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or security practices.

Continued use of LO3.DEV after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
